The college library is a pillar of learning, training and research activities. It is situated at the Centre of the college and is well equipped, it was established in 1962.
As per the objectives of the library and the demand of the readers, various updated knowledge resources are made available for the stake holders.
The library has a collection of 88,446 reference and text books. Apart from these the library has a collection of Projects, Thesis, Reports etc.
It subscribes about 34 national and international journals, magazines of various faculties and there are 15 national and state level daily newspapers available.
About Us
e-Vidya – Library Management Software is the
computerized system currently used in the library. This software maintains a
comprehensive database of all reading materials and registered users.
The library offers internet access to its users, enabling
them to utilize various e-tools and digital reference services. It is also a
member of INFLIBNET's N-LIST (National Library and Information Services
Infrastructure for Scholarly Content) program.
Through this membership, faculty members have access to
over 1,99,500 e-books and 6,000+ e-journals online.
Each user is provided with a unique username and password to access these
e-resources via N-LIST.
In addition, the library offers Wi-Fi connectivity and power
bank facilities to support users in their academic and research
activities.
