About Library

The Library of the college is a pillar of learning , training and research. It is situated at the centre of the college and is well equipped, it was established in 1962.

As per the objectives of the library and the demand of the readers, various updated knowledge resources are made available for the stake holders. The library has a collection of 88,042 Reference and text books. Apart from these the library has a collection of Projects, Thesis, Reports etc. It subscribes about 43 National  and International journals, magazines of various faculties & there are 15 National & State level daily Newspapers available.

About Us

e-Vidya - Library Management Software is a computer system being used in the library. This software has a complete record of reading materials & readers available in the library. The library provides  internet service to its users & through it E-Tools & Digital Reference Service are also provided. The library has accepted the membership of INFLIBNET (N-list). The Teachers are provided with 1,99,500 + E- Books & 6000 + E- Journals through it online. It provides individual User name & its Password for making use of E-resources on N-List (INFLIBNET) besides, Wi-Fi & Power Bank facilities are also made available to the readers.

1. To create an ambience for more productive teaching, learning processes.

3. To enhance reading habit among the stake holders of the library, their by, making them good citizens.

4. To reuse the preserved & protected books.
